Dr. Takhar has been practicing in Bakersfield since 2008 but has lived here since 1989. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Cal State University Bakersfield then he receive his doctorate with honors from Pacific University College of Optometry. Our mission is to provide the best quality eyecare with compassion and understanding. Simply stated, your vision is our focus!
